1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Donation Policy

• All donations are voluntary gifts to Aid For Uganda.
• Donations are used for the charitable purposes described on this website.
• We make every effort to honour cause-specific donation requests, but reserves the right to redirect funds where they are most needed.
• Aid For Uganda is committed to transparency. Donation records are maintained and available to auditors.

3. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate payments), refund requests may be submitted to info@aidforuganda.com within 14 days. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Monthly / Recurring Donations

Monthly donations are processed automatically each month through Pesapal. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Pesapal. By donating, you also agree to Pesapal's terms of service at pesapal.com/terms. We never store your card details.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to access admin areas without authorisation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aid For Uganda's liability is limited to the amount donated where a legal claim arises. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
