When you make a donation or submit a contact/volunteer form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, and donation amount. Payments are processed by Pesapal — we never store your card number or payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and record your donation
• To send you a donation receipt
• To respond to enquiries
• To send occasional updates about our work (you may opt out at any time)

4. Payment Security

All payments are processed through Pesapal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store, transmit or have access to your full card details. Pesapal's privacy policy applies to payment data: pesapal.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention

Donation records are retained for at least 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Contact messages are retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations) by emailing us.

We use only essential session cookies required for form security (CSRF protection). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
